This page perpetually under construction, if I've missed out your game it's because I'm writing this page late at night, not because your game sucks and I find you intolerable as a person
Our house's current obsession. It's a nonogram game (like Mario's Picross on the Game Boy, or that one arcade game I played nearly twenty years ago ago whose name I can't remember and really want to) crossed with a very very optional rodent-enclosure-decorating collect-'em-up. Website, @LukaTheMouse@gamedev.lgbt on Fedi. If you like rodent-themed puzzle games, see also: Neratte Chu (1996, Seta)
Another relaxed puzzler, this one with slime bunny. Slime around and don't trip over your slime. Lovely artwork, relaxing gameplay and oozing charm. Website, @roxy@chitter.xyz on Fedi.
Nintendo were too chickenshit to put lesbian foxes in Super Mario 3, so @eniko@mastodon.gamedev.place has taken it upon herself to do so with excellent production values, and here's the website.
A platformer, but honestly more of a plotformer, this is one where I played the first hour and then realised that I should probably put off the rest until I can give it my full attention - anyone who's gotten halfway through a Becky Chambers novella and then put it down because they need to read it Properly and also perhaps take their time and savour it will understand. @QuantumWitch@mastodon.gamedev.place on fedi, and here's a temporary website until she sorts out her WordPress migration.
This one's a Game Boy Color ROM, but you don't need a Game Boy Color to play it, you can play it via an emulator or even in a browser these days cor blimey living in the future innit. It's a cosy explore-'em-up where you're trying to get all the things your plant-based girlfriend needs before she can move in with you, and it's very delightful. @mxashlynn@peoplemaking.games on fedi and here's the website.
Don't make that face at me, this isn't about farming princesses. This is about being a farmer who gets princess'd, Sailor Moon style, and it's absolutely gorgeous. The game itself is another puzzler, a pull-stuff-up-from-the-ground style one, and it's stuffed full of queer bunnies with massive hair. @Samobee@peoplemaking.games on fedi, and here's the website.
This one's an old-school browser game and honestly it's not that great and the creator's a bit of a bastard. Play Improbable Island here if you absolutely must, but don't bother following the developer on @ifixcoinops@retro.social or check out his stump of a website here.
what the fuck did I mean, “mostly”
